CANCELLATION POLICY
No Show Policy 1st time NO show it’s 50%, I hate that you had to miss your appointment, as a favor you will only be charged half. 2nd time NO show is 100% , I miss you! But, I have been waiting. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. All appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a No-show fee will apply.
